Ditpolairud Baharkam Polri Bekuk Kapal Pencuri Solar Milik Pertamina Tuban
PMJ NEWS – Tim Gabungan Ditpolair Korpolairud Baharkam Polri berhasil menangkap kapal MT Putra Harapan yang mencuri 21,5 ton bahan bakar minyak (BBM) jenis solar dari Single Point Mooring (SPM) milik PT Pertamina di perairan Tuban, Jawa Timur.
Dirpolair Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, Brigjen Pol M Yassin Kosasih mengatakan dalam pengungkapan kasus ini pihaknya mengamankan dua orang tersangka.
“Tim Opsnal Subdit Intelair bersama tim Kapal Patroli KP Eider-3002 melakukan tangkap tangan terhadap kapal MT Putra Harapan di perairan Tuban yang melakukan pencurian BBM jenis solar di dalam pipa atau selang bawah laut yang terhubung ke SPM 150,” jelas M Yassin dalam keterangannya, Sabtu (20/3/2021).
Selain mengamankan dua tersangka, kata Yassin, tim gabungan juga mengamankan bukti BBM jenis solar yang berada di atas kapal MT Putra Harapan. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan PT Pertamina Tuban, ada sebanyak 21.517 liter.
“Dari hasil uji laboratorium terhadap sampel yang diambil identik dengan minyak/BBM milik PT Pertamina Tuban,” tuturnya.
Menurut Yassin, dua orang tersangka yang diamankan di antaranya nakhoda kapal berinisial AI (47) dan anak buah kapal (ABK) berinisial MT (39). Sementara empat tersangka lain yang berinisial J, M, K, dan H melarikan diri dengan menceburkan diri.
“Hasil dari penangkapan tersebut berhasil diamankan barang bukti sebanyak 21,5 ton solar, kapal MT Putra Harapan, satu unit selang hose single mooring, mulut pipa buatan, dan dua buah pipa selang spiral,” kata dia.
Atas perbuatannya, para pelaku dijerat Pasal 363 KUHP, 372 KUHP, Pasal 53 UU RI No 22 tahun 2001 tentang Migas, Pasal 4 juncto Pasal 2 UU RI No 8 tahun 2010 tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Mereka terancam hukuman lebih dari 5 tahun penjara.
